Team training
Every beginning of each year Aoyin holds a get together event and some competitions,
this is to stimulate the moral of the workers to keep them vigilant and active.
This helps some workers to know each other better since Aoyin has a lot of employees.
Again, employees in the same team , will work together and help each other achieve a certain goal.
Even after the activities workers will continue help each other with some ideas in the company.
Moreover, Aoyin in-role qualified but sometimes not experienced,
therefore they take their time to train the new workers and teach them-
how to work as a team rather than individuals. We believe TEAM work is the key to success.
